An educational tasting featuring five of our current releases that we’re especially excited to share. This guided experience offers insight into our vineyard, winemaking approach, and the character of each vintage. Thoughtfully curated and seasonally driven, it’s the perfect introduction to what we’re producing right now at Seven Oxen.

While we have limited seating and prioritize reservations,
we do our best to accommodate walk-ins on Fridays and Saturdays.
TÊTE-Â-TÊTE TASTING WITH WINEMAKER BASTIEN
A face-to-face tasting experience with our winemaker, Bastien — the mind behind the wines. This intimate, small-group session offers a deeper look into the craft and philosophy guiding each bottle. Bastien is your best resource for thoughtful wine questions and has countless stories to share from his time in France to what it’s like making wine here in Paso Robles today. Expect insight, perspective, and a personal connection to the wines in your glass.
