Wine-Specific Conditions
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Seven Oxen Vineyards. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Seven Oxen Vineyards are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Online orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa and MasterCard
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Seven Oxen Vineyards chooses shipping dates carefully. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
WINe Club POlicies
Membership
By joining the Seven Oxen Wine Club you are representing yourself to be at least 21 years of age. Upon joining the Wine Club you are in agreement to the following terms:
Shipments
You will receive a minimum of two shipments of wine per year. You will not be charged for more than two shipments of wine as part of the Wine Club, unless mutually agreed upon by you and Seven Oxen.
Billing
Your credit card will be conveniently charged prior to the shipment of any wine. Each wine shipment will average $175 for Club Level I and $330 for Club Level II, and may be higher or lower depending on additions and substitutions requested by you. Wine shipments will include the appropriate membership discounts. Applicable shipping and handling and taxes will be added to your order.
Delivery
Your wines will be shipped via GSO, UPS or FedEx to the shipping address you've provided. You will have the option to select a carrier when you sign up for the Wine Club, but limitations based on shipping laws may apply. In the event we are not able to ship to your state, we will notify you and cancel your membership before processing any charges. Please check our website for the most recent list of legal direct-to-consumer destination states. Someone age 21 or over must be present at the "Ship To" address the day of delivery to sign for the wine, and should expect to show identification for age verification.

As a Seven Oxen Wine Club Member, your personal information will be held in the strictest confidence and handled in a secure manner. We will never sell, lend, or give away your private information to any entity. Please see our privacy policy below for more information.

Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us on our site.
I. What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site?
When you visit sevenoxen.com, our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shopping experience better.
We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you.
II. Sharing of information - we don't do it.
Under no circumstances will we share any information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.
III. Consumer inquiries and privacy.
If you have any questions about your privacy, or want to make changes to your profile, or remove yourself from our marketing list, simply send us an email.

All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL - a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.
