Shipping Policies and Rates

Orders shipped within California typically arrive within three days of order processing. We ship in-state orders Monday - Wednesday. Orders traveling out of California ship on Mondays and generally take one to two weeks to arrive. If you require quicker delivery we ship UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. These shipping options are available when you check out online. Please get in touch with us using our contact form if you have any questions regarding shipping.

Returns
We encourage shipping to a business address to significantly reduce returns and service issues. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are ever unhappy with your order or somehow your wine shipment has become damaged please email us at info@sevenoxen.com. Our shipping carriers will make three attempts at delivery. After three attempts the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Once wine is returned to our warehouse we will reach out to you to schedule a re-shipment of the wine. At the time of re-shipment you will receive an additional shipping charge at the standard shipping rate for the order. Shipping rates are listed in the table below.

We Currently Ship to:

Wine sold to you is sold in California and title passes to you, the buyer, in California. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states. We ship Monday through Thursday. Delivery on weekends is generally not available. In the event of extreme temperatures your shipment may be delayed to protect it from heat/cold damage.
